Minimum 6 years experience in IT or related field in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and peripherals required

Proficiency with install, configuration, and use of Microsoft operating systems, common applications such as the Office365 suite, and to learn and support configurations of highly customized applications; telecom experience is a plus

Requires working on weekends and on holidays throughout the year and some evenings.

- Perform routine maintenance on irrigation equipment as assigned by supervisor.
- Troubleshoot issues with irrigation equipment.
- Communicate parts and supply needs to supervisor.
- Occasionally supervises a small labor force for special projects, and performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
- Reports golf course conditions to the golf course superintendent or assistant golf course superintendent
- Repairs and ensures proper operation of the irrigation system as needed.
- Waters greens, tees and fairways
- Aerifies greens; verticuts and or mow tees and greens; spikes greens; operates sod cutter, spray rigs for greens and fertilizer spreaders; and mows rough with rotary and operates other equipment as directed.
- May be asked to change pins and tee markers.

- Manage HRIS and payroll system including bi-weekly payroll submission, off cycle checks, W-2 distribution, deduction set up, paid time off accruals and usage, other payroll related tasks.
- Administration of benefits - medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, LIFE, and other ancillary benefits.
- Responsible for employee housing program establishing working relationships with local business and condo owners to secure 130 winter beds and 45 summer beds. Prepare and maintain tenant and owner leases and provide guidance to Housing Coordinator responsible for check-in and check-out process, collection of rent, deposit, and fees, execution of tenant lease bi-weekly property inspections, and working with owners to address maintenance issues throughout the lease term.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining recruiting channels for staffing 4 season resort operations, management positions.
- Manage J-1 Work and Travel program including collaborating with management companies, confirming documents, etc.
- Create and execute winter and summer employee orientations and training throughout the year.
- Execute employee recognition programs and end of season celebrations.
- Execute performance evaluation program throughout the year.
- Execute employee engagement survey and collect data for discussion with management team.
- Provide guidance and counsel to managers on employee performance and behavior issues, execute involuntary terminations as necessary.
- Build and manage to annual zero-based budget including labor and expense for HR operations and Employee Housing program.
- Responsible for 2 direct reports and coordinating job sharing throughout resort.
- Assist and support other departments as necessary (may include activities such as bussing tables, parking cars, cashiering).

IT System Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Systems Administrator installs, configures, maintains, supports, trouble-shoots hardware, software and connectivity issues. The IT Administrator coordinates training for software programs and serves as the onsite expert on POS systems.

Vehicle Mechanic
The Vehicle Mechanic troubleshoots and repairs snow grooming equipment, snowmobiles, UTVs, ATVs, loader, skid steer, backhoe, busses, trucks, generators, and small engine equipment. Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks, assist with maintaining documentation and checking on completion of daily logs for passenger vans and bus. In the winter, this position plows snow, sands roads and maintains parking lot accessibility.

Lift Maintenance Helper
The Lift Maintenance Helper is responsible for assisting in inspection, maintenance, and repair of components for all lifts. Ski Instructors - All Levels!
Granby Ranch is looking for ski and snowboard instructors of all levels for the Winter 2023-2024 season! Our instructors provide our guests with exceptional learning experiences in the skills of skiing and/or snowboarding. While this position includes both indoor and outdoor operations, instructors will primarily be outdoors and are required to create a lesson plan. You will be working directly with guests of all ages (3 and older). This position requires appropriate communication and a welcoming demeanor with customers.
