The Employee Experience
Apply to work in Glacier National Park for us as a guide or in a support staff position. Greet guests and give out expert Glacier National Park information as a valued member of our Office team. Clean and repair tents, rafts, bikes, and bathrooms with the Maintenance Team. Prep delicious, largely organic and locally sourced food in our Kitchen. Expertly drive buses up and down the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Put your extra special sparkle on the 12 rooms at our Lodge. Nurture flowers and our grounds.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, outdoor loving person who is a self starter and ready to jump in wherever needed or lend a helping hand. Multi-tasking is important in all positions. Great attitudes go a long way.
Room and Board
We provide sites at our campground located at our HQ in West Glacier. Employee bathrooms are available as well as an A-Frame building for cooking food.

Glacier National Park hosts several educational series throughout the summer and opportunities to involve oneself in the outdoors. Equipment available for rent to do a multitude of activities like biking Going-to-the-Sun Road, rafting on The Flathead River or renting a tent for a Glacier National Park backpacking trip. Our office is 40 minutes from Whitefish Montana, 20 minutes from Columbia Falls, Montana and 45 minutes from Kalispell, Montana, all offering great restaurants and activities to do on days off. Our office is in the middle of an outdoor lovers paradise.
