Our Director of Guest Experience is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all Front Office operations. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
· Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
· Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
· Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
· Ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
· Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies
· Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all department policies, standards and procedures.
· Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.
· Other duties reasonably requested
Management experience with spa, outdoor activities a plus.
Salaried position $105,000-$115,000/year

A dynamic Culinary Leader within the culinary, resort, and restaurant industry, the Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of leading, mentoring, and managing, for all kitchen areas and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation, production of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with resort standards.
Responsible for daily operation and production of outlets.
Performs duties regarding: personnel paperwork, Financial - Forecasting, scheduling, costing schedule, variance reports, cost transfers and I.D.T.s; End of Month Responsibilities – Taking and extending physical inventory, getting signatures on all IDTs submit to accounting
Develops and sets standards for dynamic food program.
Responsible for scheduling staff training.
Constantly refines kitchen systems and techniques.
Recognize and develop key staff members with the effective use of delegation.
Ability to take charge and provide leadership in a variety of situations.
Be able and willing to perform other tasks as to maintain productive and successful work environment.
Salaried position $78,000-$83,000/year

Irrigation Specialist is responsible for operation and maintenance of irrigation system; Supervise and maintain the grounds of the Resort, ensuring that the grounds are free of foliage and debris. Complete other special projects as assigned by the Property Operations Director.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Coordinate off-site repair and transport of equipment.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times; resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Operate and maintain irrigation system
Assist Director in ensuring all landscaping personnel adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist in supervising, training and inspect the performance of Landscaping staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Resort’s standards.
Assist in development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program of landscaping equipment.
Assist in maintaining inventory of all parts and supplies; ensure inventory of parts so as not to be left without needed supplies. Inform Director of all parts, supplies, tools and equipment needed to purchase related to Landscaping.
Mow/edge lawn and walkways.
Apply pesticides and herbicides, and pull weeds.
Prune trees and shrubs.
Clean planters/planter boxes.
Rake leaves.
Haul rubbish; clean and replace compactor.
Fertilize lawn.
Replant areas as directed by Property Operations Director.
Clean and maintain ponds and water features.
Notify/communicate any landscaping issues to Property Operations Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
Full-time, year round position - $18.00-$23.00/hour

Resort Room Attendants provide exemplary service and cleanliness in guest areas/rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Clean guest rooms by category priority.
• Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely.
• Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains; report any damages to the supervisor.
• Inspect condition of amenities in desk, drawers and guest service directory; replace designated amounts at proper locations within the room.
• Inspect condition of planters and plants; remove debris.
• Ensure presence of fire safety, rate cards and DND sign. Inspect condition and replace as needed.
• Remove dust, dirt and smudges from A/C unit, vents, grids and thermostat. Set thermostat to 65 degrees rented, 55 degrees vacant.
• Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
• Ensure security of any assigned guest room keys.
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
• Turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Supervisor.
• Provide turn-down service to designated rooms on assignment sheet
• Other duties as reasonably requested
