The Outdoor Adventure Specialist is responsible for creating safe, age-appropriate, adaptive programming that is focused on outdoor education for campers aged 8-17 years old. This staff member will create dynamic and detailed lesson plans and will be responsible for supervising volunteers each session. They will also lead the adventure-based Outpost evening program for teens.
