Course Guides along with the rest of our team are the backbone of FFAP! Our staff are held to high standards and should have these qualities: 

• Reliable 
• Mature 
• Punctual
• Rule follower/enforcer 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Customer service skills 
• Love the Outdoors 
• Able to work at heights up to 50 ft 
• CPR and First Aid certified 
• Must be 18 yrs old to be a Course Guide (16yo for Customer Service)

Experience is not required; we will train the right candidates to perform the hard skills.

Staff Housing is Available! Rent is $50/week ($200/month) and is deducted from your paycheck.  If you pass your weekly house check you have the opportunity for a reduced rental rate.

Some positions start March 20 others May 20. Please be sure to clarify eligibility.

Guide Training begins at the End of May and Peak Season runs thru August 30th.
