Morning Line Cook Needed at this Year Round Alaskan Playground

Eureka Lodge is looking for a full time morning line cook, this is seasonal or it could work out for year round for the right person. We are a family ran business which has been operating for over 39 years in our family alone. 

This person must be able to work a busy line by yourself. We do have a simple menu, but are very fast-paced. Morning Cooks must know how to make soups and daily specials, and be able to flip eggs, make omelettes and regular breakfast and lunch menu items. You do have a dishwasher. We are a roadside lodge, with lots of truck drivers, and everyday travelers. 

We offer rent for our employees at a discounted price of $300.00 a month.  Food in the restaurant is also offered at a discounted price.. All employee housing is single living, shared bath. All rooms have a refrigerator, a microwave, and a bed. We do have an outside barbecue for employees. Rent includes free laundry facilities, heat, electric  and wifi. Employee housing is for employees only.

The ideal person for this job wants to be out of the city, friendly, gets along with people can work without any supervision, and of course a good sense of humor. 

We are located 128 miles out of Anchorage on the Glenn Hwy. The nearest town is 60 miles away. There is no stores or malls around us so you must love living in God's country. Lots of hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing around. We are in the middle of A.T.V. country.
