Ennis, Montana is no ordinary small western town. Our Main Street is host to excellent restaurants, colorful western bars, shops, and galleries. 1.5 miles to the Madison River.

About El Western
Opening in 1948, El Western played host to those first discovering the sport of fly fishing and the beauty of the Madison River Valley. Although ranching was the primary occupation of the residents of Ennis and the surrounding area, many notable guests came to spend their summers enjoying the growing sport of fly fishing in this "exotic" location.

Getting Here and Getting Around
We recommend that you bring a personal vehicle as there are limited shuttles from the airport to Ennis and once here in town there are no UBER or Taxi's available. Housing is located on property.
For Fun
This is no ordinary small western town. Our Main Street is host to excellent restaurants, colorful western bars, shops, and galleries. Few places offer as amazing of a fishing trip as Montana does. There are lots of fun small-town happenings in Ennis. Our 4th of July parade and rodeo are practically world-famous. Norris Hot Springs, Madison Meadows Golf Course, Hiking, Madison River Tubing and LOTS of fly fishing!
1 hour to West Yellowstone, 1 hour to Bozeman, 90 minutes to Big Sky.

Housekeeper
HOUSING & BONUS
Join our team of highly motivated and fun loving seasonal workers for a summer you won't forget!
• We rely on anywhere from a 2 person team to a 5 person team cleaning crew depending upon the number of check-outs.
• One (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Cleaning guest cabins, including guest bathrooms, thoroughly and other tasks as assigned.
El Western Cabins & Lodges offers rustic elegance to guests from around the world. We have a variety of room types including single over night rooms, two bedroom duplex style cabins with kitchens and full size multi bedroom log homes. Our housekeepers work independently and in pairs of two to complete flipping cabins after departure and completing stayover service to long term stays.
Housekeepers communicate with the front desk to ensure smooth check in/check out, work together to complete daily tasks, and keep up with laundry as necessary.

Front Desk

El Western offers 26 accommodations geared towards outdoors lovers with a taste for luxury. We are looking for an experienced front desk person to bring our team to the next level. This position involves keeping up with current and upcoming reservations, managing retail transactions and guest requests, maintaining organized guest folios and digital files, and working with our small team to make sure our guests have the best possible experience.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, field guest questions
• Check guests in & out, manage guest folios, maintain organization

Groundskeeper
HOUSING & BONUS
El Western sits on 16 acres of perfectly maintained Kentucky Bluegrass. You will spend lots of time watering flowers, mowing grass and completing light maintenance under the direction of the Property Manager.
• Moving hoses, and waterlines.
• Maintenance and repair of sprinkler heads
• Tending to shrubs, annuals, & lawn with trimming, mowing & more
• Needs to have experience operating commercial lawn mowers and small tractors with lawn attachments.
• Knowledge and experience with dethatching and fertilizing
• Knowledge and experience with water pump/hand line irrigation system
• Quick learner & hard worker
• Team players & ability to get along with others
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill duties
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
