We are currently seeking individuals to Manage and supervise all aspects of the conference and special event support activities.  Coordinates responsibilities for conference operations and contract staff.  Responsible for coordination of work schedules and training.  Must work independently to accomplish mission requirements with minimum guidance from supervisor.  Supervises all logistical support to conferences, special events and VIP visits to include set-up and break-down of facilities and rooms, full range of audio visual support.  Responsible for all aspects of inventory system for all conference property.  Responsible for maintenance, technical input concerning new purchases, ordering equipment and overall upkeep of all conference areas and equipment.  Performs other duties as assigned.
