Craig, Montana, is a true trout town with fly shops, a restaurant, a bar and only 40 full-time residents. If your ideal day is running shuttles, launching drift boats, loading rafts, talking fishing with customers and fly fishing, you may be a good fit. CrossCurrents Fly Shop is the premier Orvis Dealer on the Missouri River. We work hard to provide our customers with exceptional service and the best river knowledge in Craig. Our shop is open 12-14 hours a day, 7-days a week from March-October. We hire individuals who are passionate and knowledgable about fly fishing and work well in a team-oriented environment. We require employees to have outgoing personalities, to possess a strong work ethic, are honest, dependable, self-motivated, and pay utmost attention to detail to their work, taking pride in everything that they do. Crew Members must be able to work in a fast-paced environment using good time management skills and cooperate easily with others as a team player. All of our staff positions have high customer exposure. We require our crew to present themselves in a Professional Manner and Represent Our Brand at all times, on and off the clock.

Our Fly Shop Crew Member opportunities are a multi-role/multi-task positions. There will be days when you can focus entirely on just your primary duties, but there will also be days when you will have to take on every role we have at CCFS. We are a team here at CCFS, so helping each other whenever possible, is a must.

We have two seasons inside of one season that we hire for. Full season is from mid March through October and the Summer season is from mid May through mid August. We are currently hiring for the Summer portion of the season.
