We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at the Historic CM Ranch!

The CM ranch is an Historic Dude Ranch located outside of Dubois, Wyoming in the Upper Wind River Valley. We are seeking a Head Chef to join our incredible team for the upcoming 2024 season. The position would be for our summer season May-September.

An ideal candidate would be a well groomed, outgoing, and flexible team player that excels in managing all aspects of the kitchen with an emphasis on customer service. Must be able to prepare upscale American cuisine for a capacity of 50 guests and 30 employees. ServSafe is required. Our Chef will work closely with the ranch managers on managing the food budget, weekly menus and ordering/inventory. Being able to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten-free and vegetarian is a must.

The position requires management of the overall cleanliness of front of the house, back of the house, walk-in cooler and dry storage. The head chef must have excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in the hospitality/tourism industry and be a people person in general. It would be helpful to have someone with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and campfire cooking is a plus. Room and board are included. Dates would be early May to mid-September.
