Our lakefront dining room & patio provide breathtaking views of Cavanaugh Bay. Each evening, sunset is framed perfectly from your table. Our deck sits atop the sandy beach of Priest Lake looking out the dock which can hold 24 boats. Open for lunch and dinner, we offer dishes exquisite enough to satisfy the most discerning palate, yet fulfilling enough to be considered good old-fashioned comfort
Cavanaughs is one of the latest properties of Mackaben Hospitality Group, a family operation in the heart of the ever-coming corporate structure of food and beverage. MHG has been in business for 24 years in Park City and has expanded operations into Southern Utah, Wyoming, and now North Idaho. Ideal Candidate
Our team members are the key to cultivating a hospitable, welcoming environment at our restaurants. Servers should be knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu so they can explain dishes to guests and clarify any concerns about allergies or styles of food preparation. A qualified restaurant server should be friendly, courteous, and fast. Other requirements include good communication skills, teamwork, cleanliness, and ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10+ hours).
Room and Board
MHG offers a variety of housing options for our team members in our cabin style lake from dorms. Shift meals are given at all F&B locations as well as 50% off food discounts outside of shifts.

Being apart of the MH team means that you receive 50% at all food and beverage locations, employee housing options, and first choice on winter seasonal locations (hint: they're amazing winter locations) and an EPIC Ski pass for winter seasonal locations.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Priest Lake is in the northernmost portion of the Idaho Panhandle, 80 miles northeast of Spokane, Washington. The northern end of the lake extending to within 15 miles of the Canada–US border. The primary lake, lower Priest, is 19 miles long and over 300 feet deep.
A vehicle is useful, but not required. Flights will be arranged through Spokane International Airport, shuttles are available from Spokane to Priest River, Idaho.
For Fun
Any and all water activities! Employee housing is 50-100 feet from the crystal clear stunning lake. Priest Lake is the destination for outdoor enthusiasts! Hiking, biking, rock climbing, and kayaking are available in abundance. If your vibe is more lounging beachside with a good book, we've got that too!
