**DISHWASHER
- Properly washing and storing all kitchen and dining hall dishes
- Keep floor clean and dry of debris (entire dining hall and kitchen spaces
- Empty garbage and recycling into garbage truck
- Clean and restock employee bathroom
- Assist kitchen staff when needed
$17/hr 40 hrs/week
7 AM-3PM Monday-Friday OR
2 PM-10PM Sunday-Thursday
**SCHEDULES
- Positions are scheduled from mid February to mid November
- Times vary depending on the position
- AM shifts Monday - Friday (7AM-3PM)
- PM shifts Sunday-Thursday (2PM-10PM)
**BASICS
- Positive work ethic, self motivated, time management, multi tasking
- Working quickly but efficiently, always moving with purpose & urgency
- Proper food storage, labeling and rotation of stock
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Continuously maintaining cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, work stations and food storage areas
- Washing dishes throughout the shift

Camp Namanu - Camp Fire Columbia
Camp Namanu ("Nuh-MAH-NOO") is one of the largest and oldest youth camps in the region, operating continuously since 1924 on the banks of the Sandy River. Our camp expands over 500 acres and sits on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Sandy River, just one hour east of Portland beneath Mount Hood. Camp Namanu offers overnight summer camp programming, small and large group rentals, and more.
