Calling all hospitality professionals: C Lazy U Ranch has openings for our upcoming season!

• Maintenance Technician- Do you have brains? Do you have brawn? The C Lazy U maintenance team is the team for you. Basic Maintenance experience (on the job or maintenance education) is required. Full-Time Year-Round Potential
• Grounds keeper - Only the right person can mimic the natural beauty of our grounds.
• Ranch Hands - Unlike many other ranch hands, our ranch hands lead all the activities that happen off a horse. They oversee everything from trap shooting, archery, and hatch throwing to mountain biking and cross-country skiing. This job isn’t all glamor though, they also oversee check-ins and making sure the Ranch always looks pristine.
• Activities Guide - Are you ready to facilitate guest activities in a safe, fun and educational manner?
• Trails - The Trail Crew members work to enhance and protect our trail systems. This position monitors the trail system for hazards such as fallen trees, excess erosion, boardwalk and bridge damage, and check trail signs and other markings for damage.
• Concierge - Do you want to be a part of making a once in a lifetime trip? Then the concierge position is the role for you! This person is the first point of contact with guests once they arrive on the Ranch. They also have a hand in helping the guest plan activities before they arrive so they have a trip they will never forget.
• Housekeepers- Our housekeepers have fun while they work. Whether it’s playing games after lunch or hanging out with Petey & Tilly in between rooms, these team members truly master the art of “work hard play hard”.. Full-Time Year-Round Potential
• Servers- No previous food service experience required. Full-Time Year-Round Potential
• Lead Servers - Do you want to be a leader in our Food and Beverage Program? This position will give you a jump start while reporting to our Dining Room Manager for guidance. This is a Full-Time Year-Round Position.
• Cooks- Previous cooking experience required. Full-Time Year-Round Potential
• Dishwashers- No previous food and beverage experience required. Full-Time Year-Round Potential

Start Date Range:  

The ideal summer seasonal candidate will be available to begin work in May.

End Date Range: All positions require availability to work at least Labor Day weekend. Candidates who can stay longer will be given preference in some positions.

•    16 hours a year of Paid Team Volunteer Days
Team Member Housing-
•    On-site housing – Affordable rates, 75% less than local rentals (Approx. value of $750/mo)
•    Off-site housing (eligibility requirements) Affordable rates, 75% less than local rentals (Approx. value of $750/mo)
•    Paid electricity, gas, water, cable
•    Use of on-site washer/dryer
•    Rides to town/train station, bus stop for on-site residents
