Supporting the Chef in in all aspects of daily menu preparation, inventory management, kitchen cleanliness, plating with Chef, strong teamwork ability.
Great opportunity to work with a small team and to be creative! Provides dinner service on Chef's two days off.
Experience in the following excellent:
- Knife and prep skills
- Dessert knowledge, sauces, yeast baking, pasta, hot and cold plating
- Cooking skills in sauté, some grill, baking
- Back of the house support upon dinner completion
- Ordering, inventory, storage organization
- Front of the house knowledge a plus

The team at Forrester's is small and work together to take care of 4-14 guests at any given time. Taking good care of our guests with attention to detail is what we love, and love working with a team that feels the same way!
This is a great spot for anyone that loves to fly fish, float or getaway to nearby areas such as Yellowstone Park, Red lodge, and many other famous Montana fisheries. We are also near the Yellowtail Dam, a national park. Should you have your own boat, this is a perfect getaway on days off.

Bighorn River Resort
The Bighorn River Resort is an owner operated Orvis Lodge on the Famed Bighorn River. We have a beautiful backyard view of the Bighorn River and surrounding countryside. We are within 109 private acres with private access to the Bighorn River. We are within driving distance of Yellowstone National Park, the Bighorn Mountains, Red Lodge.
