Come and work with us in one or both of our restaurants in Sitka, Alaska.  This is where the mountains meet the sea, one of the world's most beautiful destinations for sport fishing, hiking, and many outdoor activities.  We have employee housing available and full-time work for an experienced, responsible, self-starting, on-time candidate who is passionate about the art of cooking and a good team player.

Our restaurants offer a line cook the best of both worlds.  The Bayview Pub (www.sitkabayviewpub.com) is a large, fast-paced environment that offers gourmet burgers, steaks, chops, sandwiches, soups, and salads. Candidates need to be familiar with flat tops, charbroilers, and fryers, used to be in 3 or 4 cooks in the line at the same time.  

Mangiare Italian Restaurant (www.mangiaresitka.com) is our upscale Italian Seafood, steak, and pasta house.  Much smaller in size, Mangiare allows passionate cooks to use their saute, charbroiling, and plating skills.  Since opening Mangiare in December 2020, it has become one of Sitka's most popular restaurants with locals and tourists.  We have a very professional team of chefs and cooks at our restaurants and are looking to add a few more.  Will this candidate be you?
