Alford Lake Camp is looking for an enthusiastic individual to teach sailing for the summer of 2024. The program is designed to challenge campers who have prior sailing experience and to encourage campers who may never have sailed to experience this amazing sport.
Each year, Alford Lake Camp works to assemble a fantastic team of people from all over the world who come together to provide a wonderful, safe community for everyone. We seek individuals willing to work hard, assume the responsibility of caring for and teaching children, and reach deep within themselves to contribute to the greater camp community. Along the way, our counselors and staff embark on a summer of adventure, exploration, growth, and friendship… A summer unlike any other. Bonds of ALC Staff friendships are unparalleled and lifelong.
We sail Widgeons, J-Y's, and Quests on Alford Lake, a pristine 500-acre lake.
Room and board (including food and laundry) are included. The start date is approximately June 10 and the contract end date is approximately August 15.
