As Field Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for customer service, tour quality, staff training, equipment management and the overall efficiency of tour operations. You should be in good physical condition and prepared to work in inclement weather. The Field Operations Supervisor is a working manager who frequently performs as a Lead Guide. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and supervising daily tour logistics and operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service from guide staff
- Scheduling & managing guides
- Delivering staff training
- Creating a positive, professional culture and work environment
- Understanding and compliance with company safety & operational policies
