Alaska Rainbow Lodge is looking for fly fishing professionals to join our team for the 2024 Bristol Bay sportfishing season.
We are THE high-end fly-out lodge in SW Alaska, and fish all of the most productive streams and rivers in the Bristol Bay region. Applicants should have experience with all fly fishing tackle and techniques. Experience rowing rafts or drift boats is necessary and experience running outboard powered john boats is a huge plus. Guide applicants with a Coast Guard OUPV / 6 pack captains license or western waters of Alaska OUPV, or the ability to get the same before the season are highly preferred.
We provide our guides with the best equipment possible in order to make each guests day on the water an incredible experience. Room and board included for the summer. Guide housing is in individual rooms or cabins, no bunkhouses. And lots of great food provided by our in house chef. Starting pay of $3,900 per month for inexperienced guides, higher pay is negotiable based on experience.
